Face to face & live on Zoom classes
Each yoga class incorporates warm up exercises, sun salutations, asanas (poses), pranayama (breath control) and relaxation.
If you are a beginner just wear comfortable clothes - leggings and a T-shirt are fine, you might like to an extra layer for final relaxation and bring a bottle of water. We practice in bare feet so you don't have to worry about special shoes.
