The yoga classes incorporate warm up exercises, sun salutations, asanas (poses), pranayama (breath control) and relaxation.
If you are a beginner, I will happily lend you a mat. Just wear comfortable clothes - leggings and a T-shirt are fine, you might like to an extra layer for final relaxation and bring a bottle of water. We practice in bare feet so you don't have to worry about special shoes.
If you have any concerns about your health please discuss yoga with your doctor prior to coming to class and also please speak to me about any worries or changes in your health.
Suitable for all levels - beginners are especially welcome.

All classes bookable in 8 week blocks but you are free to swap days whenever you need to so that you don't miss out on your weekly stretch.
