Yoga Senses Group Classes
A Yoga Senses class follows the needs of everyone who attends. Different levels are shown from beginner to advanced to help each student to work safely and to their own ability.
The classes are a vinyasa style of yoga,
They consist of a dynamic series of Hatha yoga moves designed to strengthen the whole of the body using a focus on breathing and holding the positions. This classes last for 1 hour and end with a time for relaxation with gentle music.
There is always the opportunity to ask for specific poses to help with any tightness you may have, I'm happy to add most things to a class!
