Yoga Senses Group Classes
A Yoga Senses class follows the needs of everyone who attends. Different levels are shown from beginner to advanced to help each student to work safely and to their own ability.
We offer two main styles of yoga:
Yoga Flow: A dynamic series of Hatha yoga moves designed to strengthen the whole of the body using a focus on breathing and holding the positions. This class is slower than power yoga, last for 1 hour and ends with a time for relaxation with gentle music and lavender eye pillows
Power Yoga: A faster moving series of positions based around the Sun Salutation and Ashtanga yoga series. This is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility but still feel as if they have had a great work out. The class is 45 mins long and ends with relaxation and lavender pillows to help your muscles relax.
